Our Original Premium cheese is made from cow’s milk, salted in brine and aged for 90 days. The cheese wheels are carefully selected and repeatedly coated by hand in distinctive black. The cheese has small and scattered holes and a soft springy texture. Its flavour is salty and strong. It can be cubed in salads, heated for addition to sauces, melted over potatoes or on burgers.
